Let me show you how…

Finance and Property is my jam. I love it, live it and breath it. No one gave me a pot of cash and said okay go and build property. Go be a developer. I had thousands of coffee’s with people. I asked hundreds of stupid questions. I said to people I don’t know but there must be a way.

My mentor said to me, Debt can make dreams come true. Its about OPM. Other peoples money. That could be investors, business partners, banks, private lenders. They have money you don’t (well maybe you don’t) and they want that money to get to work so they can get paid a return..

Guess what? You could need that money to do the deals you want to do. You do the deal. You use their money. You pay them their return. You sell or refinance and you make your return.

There are no sharks.. Just smart people. Know the game. Make sure everyone gets a piece and this is all possible.

Money, Finance, Debt, etc etc, its kind of a game and not everyone knows the rules of the game. In fact most people I have met don’t even know who the players are in this game.

There are lots of ways to get money and there are lots of options that could match your situation.

When I started out in property development, the first thing I said to people was “I dont know exactly what I am doing but I am here to learn and find out how to make my goals happen.

Being transparent and explaining what you are trying to achieve is what I need to know..

Then Boom, Walhalla, I can get to work and find options that could work for you..

Its not magic, its just decades of work and looking under ever rock and asking everyone “well how do I get it done, don’t tell me it can’t”

What the hell?

How did that person buy that property, or develop that land..

What do they know that I don’t..
